Named for its location, south of Spring Creek in Harris County, Texas, the Village of Creekside Park is the 9th and newest village in Texas’s most celebrated community, The Woodlands. Framed by a wildlife preserve, this area offers a new adventure around every corner.

With a median income 73% higher than that of the Houston Metro area, Creekside Park’s residents average income is $109,893. Situated where there is easy accessibility, either via Gosling Road or Kuykendahl Road, creating a simple travel time to FM 249 and FM 2920 for great employment opportunities.

Appealing to young families, with an estimated population of 8,968, the average age is 33 and 48.6% are married with children. The Village of Creekside Park is served by the Tomball Independent School District (TISD). Children in grades K – 6, attend Creekside Forest Elementary, rated Exemplary by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) or Timber Creek Elementary, with its GreatSchool rating of 9 out of 10. The students in 5th & 6th grades go to Tomball Junior High, while those in high school will go to the top ranking Tomball High School, recently honored as the top 1,200 high schools in America by Newsweek magazine. With all of the growth in this area, TISD has committed to the addition of two more school sites in the Village of Creekside Park. With plenty of options for private education in The Woodlands, there are two private academies located near the Village of Creekside Park; The Woodlands Preparatory Academy, K – 10, and the Cunae International School, PreK – 12.

The 60-acre Creekside Park Village Center is located on Kuykendahl Road and features a variety of restaurants, shopping and businesses for personal and professional services. Anchored by a H-E-B Grocery Store and a Walgreens drug store, the Center offers walking trails and trailheads with direct access from Timarron to the George Mitchell Nature Preserve.

With mother nature playing a defining role in the overall design of the community, The Village of Creekside Park is plentiful with beautiful lakes, neighborhood ponds and all of their beautiful options in greenspace. Lake Paloma is a 72-acre lake and linear park, which boasts of its 12-foot wide trail that runs along the banks of the lake. The largest greenspace is at the George Mitchell Nature Preserve, allowing 1700-acres of lush wildlife and refuge. It has seven miles of soft surface trails on the frontage of scenic Spring Creek and is part of the Spring Creek Greenway Project, this joint initiative between Harris and Montgomery Counties, offering 33 miles of the Spring Nature Trail System. The tranquil Rob Fleming Park, is host to many of the community’s gathering, with its festival field, butterfly garden and wildlife sculpture trail.

In addition to parks and preserves of the Village of Creekside Park, the spectacular Rob Fleming Aquatic Center is a great facility the whole family will enjoy. Overlooking Lake Paloma, it has a two-story flume slide, a 500-foot long “Lazy River”and beach entry, resort-style free-form pool. For those on the more serious side, there is also a three-lane lap pool. Another exciting place is the YMCA’s Outdoor Adventure Center. It includes an outdoor adventure center, a 50-foot Alpine Tower rope course, tree houses, an outdoor theater and is connected to the George Mitchell Nature Preserve. A second phase is in the plans and will include a state-of-the-art health and wellness center, women’s health center and a facility for a child watch center.
